Jeff isn't what you'd call a traditional artist. He's the Head Coach of the Knoxville Ice Bears. So we talked about the finesses of coaching and how artistry and creativity are found inside that context. We had a very insightful chat that I hope everyone can take something away from. Jeff is a great coach, he's well spoken, and very driven. I've seen him coach a hell of a lot of games and you can see that he loves what he does.
