Mental health monday is a podcast created for CSUDH students and is a place where you can learn about mental health, get helpful tips, and find support and resources.
Each episode discusses topics that matter to students, like managing stress, dealing with anxiety, and staying healthy. This podcast is a collaboration between two departments on campus: Toro Guardian Scholars and Health and Well Being. It aims to create a safe space for students to talk openly about their mental health, share experiences, and discover ways to improve their wellbeing during their time in college.
