They also have a YouTube channel called The Sanders Kitchen where they share recipes, cooking tips, and information about South Louisiana cooking. Mike has been a professional photographer for 32 years. You'll hear stories about how Mike became friends with Louisiana legend Frank Davis, how Mike got started with cooking, and some interesting tidbits about the history of food.
