Guilt, perhaps the most misunderstood - along with its close cousin, shame - doesn't have to leave you feeling bad. In fact, guilt in the Christian sense is intended to indicate when we've strayed from God's plan and are in need of God's grace to come back to Him. Yet so many of us struggle with guilt. We allow it to infect and sometimes rule our lives. This skewed relationship makes it nearly impossible to have authentic relationships with anyone or anything else, including ourselves and God. Join us as we look at what a healthy relationship with guilt looks like in the Christian context and discuss what God intends for this often misconstrued emotion.
