Neil Odin is the chief fire officer at Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service.
Neil has worked in the fire service for over 20 years, starting out as a fire safety officer and area commander. His first senior role came in 2009, when he began a two-and-a-half-year stint at the West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service as head of risk, planning and performance.
