Description

In this episode, I discuss my biggest takeaways from my first half marathon which I completed recently in Dubai. I've always focussed my training solely around improving body composition, and being in the best physical shape I can. So getting into running long distance was a completely new venture for me. I wanted to touch on that in this episode with a few things it taught / reinforced to me around fitness and personal development.
