Former Maplewood Mayor Ken Pettis joins the fun; discussing his years in office and what it was like becoming the town's first African American Mayor. Ken also shares the challenges he faced helping launch the Community Coalition on Race, an organization he fought for in response to the indignity of being "steered" away from the "white" neighborhoods when he was house hunting back in the late 1980's.
