James Nutley was 25yrs old when he went missing on 24 October 2004.
He had gone with about 20 friends from Caldicot in Monmouthshire on their annual golf trip to Tenby. After arriving in Tenby, the group went out for drinks.
He left the Prince of Wales pub in Upper Frog Street at 23:40hrs to go back to the Giltar Hotel on the Esplanade where he was staying.
Described as 6ft 2in with brown hair, he was wearing a white top with blue sleeves and blue jeans when he was last seen.
James was captured on CCTV at 23:57hrs crossing the road from the beach side towards the Atlantic Hotel.
