On today's episode, Eric interviews Garrett Elconin. Garrett is a real estate developer who is passionate about building communities beyond the 4 walls and a roof where we call home. Garrett's passion is building what he (and others) have sensed is lacking - genuine connection and camaraderie in our communities. Garrett's passion has led him to start building a more intentional and purposeful community in his free time. Garrett's vision is to create an experience-based social club - called Sapien Social - for high performers who want to connect, grow, and make meaningful connections.
