Breath work is a technique used in most therapies and physical training. It is the one tool always with us, feeding us life. Working with your breath allows us to find our center, let our emotions flow, and control our systems so we can function optimally. You are breathing right now, let the world melt away and observe how the air moves, in and out, filling your lungs, trickling through your body. Using my breath to mindfully navigate the moment I am living has become second nature for me while I still train to reach higher levels with my breath control. When you first start you must be conscious of how you are breathing but in time the act of breath work will flow as second nature.
