In this episode, Joseph and Nathan go over the massive weeks in both the MLB and NHL, first starting with Juan Soto signing with the Mets, what the Blue Jays fallback needs to be, and the rest of the signings across the league. In the NHL, the guys dive into the Rangers madness of late as they trade Jacob Trouba to Anaheim and resign Igor Shesterkin, as well as the Avalanche swapping their goaltending tandem in two separate deals and a 4 Nations debate between the guys over Canada and the other team's rosters. The guys then shift to the NFL and break down Week 14 and if the Falcons should consider benching Kirk Cousins. Lastly in the NBA, they talk about the Rockets path forward and if it involves Jimmy Butler as he is reportedly on the Miami Heat's trade block.
