Did you know that Millennials make up roughly just under half of the US workforce, and many of them are now our leaders? Millennials bring a unique generational perspective to leadership in the workplace. For those of us who identify as a Millennial, we can learn from our early career peers who’ve made it big, and for those in Gen Z, Boomers, and Gen X, you can learn more about how to work with these Gen Y’ers in how they lead, work in teams, and engage with others in the workplace.
