Kate is very honest about how she can engage in casual sex and Lily discloses how she came to discover that she is demi-sexual (where you have to feel a connection with a person in order to have sexual contact with them).
The girls also give some definitions that they hope might help you learn more about your sexuality. Above all else they want to bring some light to this topic and hope it makes others feel less lonely.
