A Strong Women
“She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” –
Our guest today is a faithful, respectful, strong, intellectually gifted Woman of God. She intentionally puts the Lord’s will first in her life at all times. Why, because she realizes that It is God’s will that is paramount and not hers. Dr. Jackson has an attitude that says, “Lord whatever your decision, I am going to trust you.” Her unshakable faith compels her to praise the Lord even when she does not understand His ways.
Conversely, realizing that uncertainty is an unavoidable part of daily life, the Lord bequeathed her with wisdom and grace to manage whatever comes her way. Dr. Jackson adamantly desired God’s will to reign supreme in her life.
She boldly asset that no matter how uncertain her circumstances where, the Lord always came through for her. In fact, even when riding the struggle bus, He indubitably met and exceeded all of her needs.
Subsequently, Dr. Jackson knew that even when her situation was beyond her understanding, it wasn’t beyond God’s. Dr. Jackson adhered to the following passage of scripture that compelled her to: Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6, NIV)
Equally important, she followed God’s guidelines and commands knowing that as she practiced obedience, He was working out the rest. “The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise Him” (Psalm 28:7, NIV).
Biography
Dr. Adrianne Jackson is a Prevention Operations Manager for the United States Air Force. She served as Specialist for the Primary Prevention of Violence with the United States Air Force for a year and a half before her recent promotion. She has served as the director of the Florida A&M University’s Bachelor of Social Work Program. Adrianne has attended Florida A&M University, Barry University and holds a PhD from the Florida State University Higher Education Administration program. Adrianne is a mother of 2, partner, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many. She draws her inspiration from her family to be the best version of herself.
