Ms. Reid earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Shaw University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University. Ms. Reid enjoys working with individuals at every stage of life. She stands behind every individual as they identify and work through turning over the perception of inferiority, brokenness, self-doubt, and mistrust. Ms. Reid enjoys assisting individuals with self-growth and learning techniques to continue through life adversities. She believes in the power of SELF!

Ms. Reid’s Daily July ChallengeEvery day for the next 30 days write a love letter to yourself. Remind yourself of who you are and what you are. Apologize for the way you mistreated yourself from negative self-talk to not being kind. Let yourself know what you love about you. How you’re going to continue to show up for yourself. Show yourself love, respect, and loyalty. Remember who you were before the pain go get him/her.
