of high vibes. A lot of people lack intentionality to their daily living. They go through the day absorbing other peoples judgments and other people's opinions and lack proper energetic clearing procedures in the morning and in the evening to release the energies, that they have picked up whether consciously or unconsciously. Today I want to stress the importance of being
extremely intentional with what information, people, news you allow into your energy. When you establish a practice of turning off any noise, you will open up the space for clarity and direction.
