So funny that the person who has the least, has the biggest ego and the strongest opinion of what should and should not work for them. These people are not open to see themselves differently, however they will gladly tell you and share the advice they have for you, because "of course they know better". Over the course of my life and my entrepreneurship journey a lot of people came through with their version of advice that they thought I needed from starting a merchendise on boudoir ( in lieu of scaling my businesss to 7 figures) to advice on how i should run my operations. I had a girl who was later fired, who told me if i hire contrcators, they should
not be reporting to me, as if it is not my business, and my rules and accountability that i establish on my own policies and procedures. I have never asked these people for any advice, nor they have earned the right to give me the advice,, however "they always knew better than me". I have the always been adamant about taking advice only from women, who are coming from a place of higher level of success, of achieving result that I was striving to achieve at that time.
