destroyed and she is leaning towards the feminine end of the spectrum for the majority of the time. While empowered feminine is allowing a woman to tap into her feelings, desires and intuition and act from a place of high value, authenticity and integrity, aligned with her desired
and allowing room for strong healthy boundaries, Toxic feminine means that a woman is afraid to set her own boundaries and she falls a victim of people pleasing patterns, even if they hurt her in the end. A lot of these patterns are coming from early trauma or a learned way to receive
love in her childhood. A lot of women are desiring to be light and make everyone happy, which is very natural, but what makes this toxic is the crossing or lack of healthy boundaries and inability
to say no for the fear of being rejected, criticized, judged, exiled from a society or a group. If you recognize these patterns in yourself you and i need to talk to coach you through establishing healthy boundaries in your own life.
