It is when we are tapped into our feminine and masculine energies, we achieve balance. Earlier this week we have talked about the balance of the two energies and the dangers of falling into one side or the other side of the spectrum. Living life from a place of masculine energy leaves a
woman burned out, unhappy and tired, when living life from the toxic feminine place leaves a woman lacking boundaries and hurting herself in the end. The most important skill a woman can learn is the skill of a feminine and masculine shift. In order to be able to balance both of the
energies, shifting quickly and easily between the two and identifying the right time, when to shift is the most important skill a woman can learn.
Masculine shift could look like setting aside the time to organize your thoughts and create and plan for your week by assigning a spcae and a container for each task to be completed, as well as eliminating unnecessary tasks that don’t move the needle forward. Feminine shift could look like identifying feelings of tiredness and emptiness, and the need to
recharge, and pampering yourself with bubble bath, candles and your favorite book.
The skill of knowing when to shift is the most important skill each woman must master in order to live fulfilled life worthy of a Lovegodesss.
