A lot of women are so afraid to feel the pain that they are stuffing it deep down into their core so they could avoid facing it. When they do, the pain does not really go away, it is still there waiting for its turn to be faced. It is uncomfortable, it calls you in to face it through anxiety that you might be experiencing on a daily basis. Because you’ve numbed out so much away from feeling it, you don’t even understand where the anxieties are coming from. In return you start numbing yourself even more with drugs, food, sex, exercise, whatever else. But the route to heal this pain is through facing it and feeling through your deep and dark emotions. That is the only way to release it. You must feel your feelings. Today we are talking about the ways to release the pain.
