Today we are talking about how internalizing other peoples opinions, judgments, and ideas about you have played into you believing in those projections that other people have created and put on you artificially. Internalizing someone’s projection upon yourself and disregarding your own will result in having you fall out of love with yourself. Believe me, there will be a lot of people who will have an opinion of what you should and shouldn’t do, should and shouldn’t be, should and shouldn’t have. Good news you get to choose today who you are going to believe. I encourage you to choose yourself.
