The way you dress is a very important part of your own self expression. Women who wear a lot of color are expressing there in a world full of colors, flowers and butterflies. Women who choose to wear body hugging clothes or expressing on the outside that they are loving their body and proud of their body. Women who wear gray or black clothes communicate that they might be going through a dark period and want to be invisible and hide. Women who wear baggy clothes consider themselves big, they don’t feel safe in their clothes and they use their layers for protection. The way you dress expresses on the outside of your inner state of being. Today I am hoping to inspire you to dress up and show your better version of yourself to the world.

Instead of looking for love from external sources we need to turn inwards to find love with ourselves. Self-love is not about feeling good or having a good hair day. It’s about believing deep in your heart that you are worthy of love. And the true love you’re seeking is your own.
