Women think that being always available and doing the service for other people. These women believe that if they give themselves to another person they will receive back the love an approval and validation that they are deserving of love, good words, and attention. Where in reverse these women communicate to the world that they are less valuable, because they’re always available. Governing the role of supply and demand works that when supplies low the demand is higher. The same law applies to our own value. Women with low level of self-love will show people pleasing patterns because they are looking to receive validation back. Women with high level of self-love source the validation from within and don’t need to receive it from others. It is part of self-love journey to learn how to set your own boundaries and honor your self as priority. Today’s conversation is about that.

Instead of looking for love from external sources we need to turn inwards to find love with ourselves. Self-love is not about feeling good or having a good hair day. It’s about believing deep in your heart that you are worthy of love. And the true love you’re seeking is your own.
