Women are saying on and on underneath our boudoir posts that the images are beautiful, however they could not be like the woman in the picture because they’re “fat and ugly”. I am so tired of hearing this, can we please stop. Today’s conversation is about how boring it is that the story you are telling yourself and your identity you have chose for yourself is “fat and ugly”. How sad is it to live a “fat and ugly” life. If you were only open to explore a different idea about yourself your entire world would change.

Instead of looking for love from external sources we need to turn inwards to find love with ourselves. Self-love is not about feeling good or having a good hair day. It’s about believing deep in your heart that you are worthy of love. And the true love you’re seeking is your own.
