Perfectionism is a great excuse to procrastination. And procrastination usually happens when you block the flow of ease into your life or your work. Procrastination comes up as a way to distract yourself from doing the task that you are either resentful towards, internally avoiding to face, non-passionate about, or unclear about. I’ve met a lot of people who are sitting on a task trying to be perfect and then the end they don’t do a single thing. Nobody’s perfect. My life‘s motto is better doing an imperfect action versus not doing anything at all. This week we are looking into perfectionism disease and how you can overcome it.

Instead of looking for love from external sources, we need to turn inwards to find love with ourselves. Self-love is not about feeling good or having a good hair day. It’s about believing deep in your heart that you are worthy of love. And the true love you’re seeking is your own.
