Saying no to others means saying yes to yourself. It is most of our feminine nature to make other people happy. The problem is we cannot make everyone happy. People will have their own opinions, judgments, projections and ideas based on their own level of consciousness. That is when your people please kicks in and we feel that by saying no we will offend the person and the person will not like us anymore. This is where a lot of self healing work that needs to happen in order to be able to say no to other people. Today we are talking about that.

Instead of looking for love from external sources, we need to turn inwards to find love with ourselves. Self-love is not about feeling good or having a good hair day. It’s about believing deep in your heart that you are worthy of love. And the true love you’re seeking is your own.
