Confidence mean being sure of yourself and your abilities but confidence is so much more than people generally consider. Confidence is a state of being clear-headed: either that a hypothesis or prediction is correct, or that a chosen course of action is the best or most effective. Confidence means "to trust"; so, having self-confidence is having trust in yourself. And, if you’re embarking on a get healthy, lose-weight journey then friends, you’re going to have to have some confidence.
