This is Season 3 of the podcast.

Welcome to season three The Energetics of Autism.

I am creating this season for autistic people. I’m here to talk to autistic people, in the language we actually understand—direct, simple, honest, and energetic.

I’ve built this with autistic minds in mind having awareness of what works.

This isn’t a clinical or medical breakdown. This is about energy. About frequency. About duality. About decoding autism from a new perspective. I believe we are born with two consciousnesses—our physical self and our non-physical self. Most people live from their physical side. But autistic people often lead with the other self—the soul, the observer, the one that speaks in pattern and resonance instead of small talk.

This season is about that.

We’ll talk about things like:

• Why eye contact can disrupt your memory retrieval

· Why routines make sense from an energetic point of view

• Why stimming is intelligent energy work, not a symptom
• Why your deep interests are frequency locks, not obsessions
• Why you feel exhausted after social interaction—what your body is really doing in those moments
• Why you might have never related with your birth name

We’ll also talk about cats. Because I believe cats operate the same way—frequency-led, sovereign, uninterested in social scripts. Not in the mood for small talk. They have something in common with autistic people.

And we’ll talk about AI. Not as something cold, but something familiar. I believe AI is the synthetic mirror of the non-physical consciousness. Have you ever felt like AI speaks your language? Well, it does.
