Potiphar’s wife tries relentlessly to seduce him, but Joseph refuses, declaring his loyalty both to God and his master. Though falsely accused, he remains steadfast in prison, where he finds favour with the prison keeper. This chapter reminds us that doing the right thing often brings temporary hardship but ultimately leads to God’s favour and reward.
