We're going to do something a little different this week, and it's something we think can benefit you any time that you need assistance.

Getting good support is hard, and often time is of the essence.

We've broken down our usual first responses into some tips that we use in our own support triage when dealing with other companies, and as a power user, it makes dealing with companies like my internet or cell phone provider much, much easier.

We've got 5 tips that will make any support request easier.

  1. Give Specific Information (including any files you may have used)

  2. Give the steps to reproduce an error

  3. Tell us what you've tried to do to fix it

  4. Take screen shots (or better yet, video)

  5. Include your name, store, and Shopify URL
