In this follow up episode, the crew tackles a discussion centered around athletes and their individual sense of identity and self worth. The crew starts off discussing the initial reaction of the release of the first episode. Trey redeems himself by giving praise to female inventors while the entire crew supports him and adds their support for women empowerment. The conversation moves along, as each host offers their input on how society, our respective communities, and parenting has had a ‘hand’ in creating this crisis. The crew goes on to offer solutions and practices that can be done at each level - including, giving some advice to both current and former athletes who may have or are in the midst of this identity crisis.
