Jingbei Bai is a filmmaker, actor, and passionate crusader for societal change. We met by coincidence on the set of Things To Do Before You Turn 18 around three years ago and became fast friends after filming at least two scenes involving a dumpster full of bicycles, a sandwich, and fake money.
