This week we look at a couple local stories about how state government is spending, spending, spending your tax dollars:

• How many millions of acres does Wisconsin already own and how much is being proposed to continue these purchases?
• How many tens of millions of dollars are being spent by the DNR Fish and Wildlife fund every year, and how far in the red is it?

All that and we finish with a quote one of the Federalist Papers, all in less time than it takes to get through a Starbucks drivethrough.
