Is it okay to question God? Is questioning God a sin? Is it something we should stay away from? God knows everything but many times when God asks questions it isn’t for His knowledge but for our perspective. In the same way when Gideon asks God questions it shows where Gideon is. He asks from the heart and lays out all of his doubts to God. And through the questions God is able to come close and give Gideon a new perspective and understanding which in turn stabilizes Gideon so he can carry out the purpose God has for him.
