In this episode, our guest John Barrientes shares about the journey of losing his mother, leaving seminary where he had been pursuing the priesthood, and finding himself alone and lacking direction as a young man. In an unexpected way, his late earthly mother helps to guide him under the wing of a new mother who scatters a trail of breadcrumbs for John, ultimately leading him to discover new hope and purpose in his life. Over the course of 6 years, both mothers play a crucial role in helping John to see God's plan unfolding in his life, leading him step by step to where he is today.
