Sue Mifsud is a Ceramic Artist who is well known for her distinctive and unique style, regularly commissioned by some of the best restaurants and establishments in the world to create tableware that will bring a dinning table to life.
Sue walks us through the process of interpreting the chef's personality and the nature of the restaurant to create a ceramic canvas on which the food will be served. Sue also explains the materials used to create items that most of us take very much for grated.
Sue also talks about her journey to create a successful business doing something she absolutely loves.
