Joshua Vallario is a dedicated construction technologist with 17 years of experience in the design, construction, and operation of large data center environments. He’s spent his tenure in the financial sector, managing small to large technology oriented construction build outs, migration, consolidation projects, data center IT operations and other large global projects. Josh has managed technology projects, construction build outs, and technology operations in Australia, Japan, Edinburgh, Germany, London, and most of North America. Despite the mantra 'No one leaves BlackRock,' Josh split his gig as their Director of the Global Data Center Operations Team to follow his passion as a rehabber, developer, builder at his own, Vallario Properties LLC, a re-developer of distressed realty assets. Over the past several years, the VP team has re-developed assets comprised of distressed and non-performing multi-tenant and single family homes, investments that routinely outperform the equities market and provide a more stable and sustainable investment option.
