Description

Beth Herbruck is an event producer, designer, founder of The Good Folk Supper Club, frontwoman of Mamadrama, podcaster, and straight up f'ing rock star.

Beth is a passionate, big-hearted creative bringing to the table over 17 years of special event planning, production and design. Her resume includes outdoor film festivals, secret supper clubs, unique pop-up shops, large-scale conferences, lavish fundraising galas as well as artistic weddings from 25 to 250. Always on the lookout for new collaborations with kind hearts, Beth founded Good Folk Supper Club (GFSC)in 2015 as a way to bring together good food and good folk for a good cause. Her keen attention to detail rooted in southern hospitality makes each event a one-of-a-kind experience. Started with a dinner 14 people attended, today the club features a mailing list of over 1,000 people and their events sell out in minutes.

GFSC #23, which my mulletass couldn't score tix to goes down 10/19 and features the creative flavors of Executive Chef Casey Pesce, owner of Apple Street Kitchen and d'jeet. A local fan favorite, Chef Casey's special menu will bring the heat with a Day of the Dead theme, highlighting locally-grown peppers, tomatoes and greens grown in his edible garden. We'll kick off the evening with tequila cocktails followed by 5 courses perfectly paired with beer and wine. The donation recipient for our 23rd GFSC will be the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County. The secret location of this event will be revealed 24 hours in advance on a need to know basis!

Last but not least, Beth has been prowling area stages as the fierce frontwoman of Mamadrama, a mom-only band covering rock and punk favorites, in addition to some mama-inspired originals. What’s more punk than a kickass mom band?! When not rocking out, they are mamas to 14 kids, small business owners, thriving entrepreneurs, a schoolteacher and a dedicated nurse. Mamadrama is currently hard at work on their first original release.
