The Iron Room under the direction of Executive Chef Kevin Cronin has redefined the Atlantic City dining scene since 2013. We originally sat down with Kevin on MulletCast Episode 33 at the original Iron Room location, a restaurant and speakeasy that offered globally inspired new American cuisine that focused on using sustainable, fresh local ingredients that embraced the season.
We recently caught up with Chef Kevin at the Iron Room's new home on the Orange Loop at 131 South Tennessee Avenue as his new kitchen was literally being airlifted from the front of the restaurant to it's home in the back by crane. After a New Year's launch, the Iron Room is officially open for Coffee, Breakfast & Lunch 7 days a week from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and Wine, Cheese & Charcuterie are available Friday - Sunday. Small, progressive plates and brunch are on tap, and the Iron Room's sister restaurant and bar, Rhythm & Spirits, will soon offer Chef Kevin’s award-winning bar food.
