In retrospect, you don't expect certain people to end up in certain situations based on where they started. I am an example of this, and so is a friend I recount in this perspective themed two part event. In this first episode, I largely recall intricate details throughout 2011-2016 and how I as well as one of my childhood friends started to build our lives for better and for worse.
