Friendship in adulthood can be some the most rewarding -and most complicated - relationships we have. Unlike childhood, when friendships often formed easily on the playground, adult connections take more intention, care and sometimes a little patience. In this episode, we will dive into the many layers of adult friendships - from close companions to casual acquaintances and colleagues. I will share a few of my own experiences, what they've taught me along the way and how I've seen friendship shift over time.
