On January 25th, 2002, 20 year-old Christopher Carlton Thompkins was working with three co-workers, on a survey crew, in a wooded area of Harris County Georgia. When one of the crew members looked away, momentarily, Christopher disappeared. A search of the area was conducted, at which point one of Christopher’s boots was discovered nearby. Additionally, a piece of blue fiber, presumably from Christopher’s pants was found on a barbed wire fence near the work site. Christopher has never been seen or heard from again.
