How do you feel about burpees and planks? Sara has such a strong opinion; she insisted we do an entire episode just so she can express her disdain for them. Listen, you do you and we don’t care what you’re doing in your workout…as long as it’s not burpees and planks. Caleigh can get behind the burpee slander, but she enjoys a plank here and there. Join us as we discuss why they’re a waste of your time, and what you should do instead of these two specific exercises. Also, we forgot one exercise from last week's Fitness Award episode. Well, Sara forgot. Caleigh remembered and said nothing. She almost got away with it too!
