The holidays are fast approaching. Although this can be a wonderful time of year, for some individuals the holidays can produce a lot of anxiety. Awkward or triggering conversations that happen at family gatherings, and at the family table, can create a lot of unnecessary stress and pressure. Knowing that many people expect to have these uncomfortable or triggering conversations, in this episode we wanted to share some tips for navigating these moments.
