January is Positive Parenting Awareness Month. In this episode, Lisa and Sara discuss the Triple P, or Positive Parenting Program. The Triple P is an evidence-based parenting method that is backed by 3 decades of research, and has been piloted in several countries across the globe. We share out some of the components of the program that make it different from other parenting styles, and share the core elements of the positive parenting method.
