Listen

Description

This week Danielle shares some updates about her concussion recovery and clears up any confusion that last week‘s episode might’ve caused.

She explains why an excerpt from Sarah Polley’s book Run Towards The Dangerwas both triggering and incredibly healing.

She unexpectedly and vulnerably moves through a self-compassion practice in real time; highlighting three tenants of self-compassion that are valuable tools to live a more love and peace filled life.

Danielle invites listeners to extend love, grace and kindness to themselves when they are triggered by an old wound that they thought they had already healed.

Reminding listeners that, “We are all healing from something.”

She encourages listeners to get creative and treat themselves after moving compassionately through big feelings.

She affirms to listeners that they are not alone. They are never alone. That they are loved, and that their feelings matter.

Danielle asserts that, “Healing is always possible.”

She sends listeners the biggest hug, thanking them for holding space for her vulnerable share and healing truths.
