Rachel is a serial entrepreneur who first made waves in the plus size fashion industry before transitioning into business and nonprofit consulting. With a keen eye for strategy and a passion for transformation, she has built and supported countless ventures and community projects—but her favorite job of all was being an edible chef during the height of the pandemic, where creativity and serving her community came together in the best possible ways.
Rachel spent seven years trying to have a baby, only to face the heartbreak of losing her reproductive system. But in the face of loss, love showed up in the most profound way: friends rallied together to fund surrogacy, and a dear friend became the gestational carrier who made parenthood possible.
Beyond her work, Rachel is a hobbyist interior designer, an avid flower arranger, and a dedicated baker—attempting to bring beauty, warmth, and a little bit of magic to every space she touches.
