Jesus regularly appears througout the book of Revelation, indeed it is a "Revelation of Jesus Christ." (Rev 1:1) Here in chapter 10 we meet a mighty angel and it is the Lord. The angel stands on the sea and the land, representing Lordship over the Jews and the Gentiles, he is the Lord of all.
