That's exactly what we're doing when we disregard the rule of law.
The easiest way for the Corrupt Power Establishment to manipulate us is through fear - but the real shame is that we let them.
We are so afraid of the "bad guys" amplified in our media every day - and we are so unconscious about the individual liberty we rely upon to pursue daily happiness - that we readily hand over that liberty to lying politicians in payment for never-ending, false promises of security.
We'd be better off with the magic beans.
