Jennifer Paolucci is a WBFF pro. An athlete her entire life, Jennifer’s studies in biomechanics, kinesiology, sports psychology and nutrition formed the foundation of her 23 year career as well as the philosophy for her company, Chess Fitness. Based in El Segundo, her strategic and holistic approach towards health and fitness pay specific attention to strength and conditioning with a focus on injury rehabilitation. When her first child was born with special needs, Jenn honed in on and expanded her skills to support neuromuscular and brain trauma. This fundamental practice has brought in UFC & MMA fighters, award winning boxers, NFL & NHL players, Olympic competitors, and high ranking military personnel. More than anything else, Chess Fitness is for individuals and families. We are not one dimensional and our approach to health and fitness shouldn’t be either.
